Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, modify, and debug automation workflows for migrating data from legacy software packages.
- Implement and manage custom scripting and orchestration processes using C#, .NET, PowerShell, and related technologies.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate development while retaining ownership of code logic, security, and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and improve migration robustness, accuracy, and speed.
- Monitor, validate, and perform complex ETL processes transferring data from legacy environments to the Archy platform.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in live automated routines.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate progress and roadblocks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Two to five years of software development experience focused on clean automation code using C# and .NET.
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize complex PowerShell scripts for environment and process orchestration.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases, schema mapping, and complex data querying and scripting.
- Ability to use AI tools as development copilots without compromising data integrity or problem-solving quality.
- Ability to analyze unfamiliar third-party software packages and adapt workflows to changing technical requirements.
- Strong focus on data stability, testing, and system performance.
- Familiarity with enterprise software onboarding, ETL processes, or extensive data migration pipelines is preferred.
