Base Salary
$210k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure and systems that power Giga’s real-time AI agents.
- Work across data pipelines, analytics, and real-time agent systems to ship customer-impacting features.
- Migrate and rebuild the analytics service on ClickHouse to support significant growth.
- Improve hallucination detection systems and reduce hallucination rates.
- Scale, stabilize, and add features and accuracy to the browser-use agent.
- Own technical problems end-to-end and make sound decisions about system design and implementation.
- Help establish standards for code quality and reliable software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building backend systems, ideally in environments where reliability and scale mattered.
- Ability to take loosely defined problems from discovery through implementation and iteration.
- Willingness to work across unfamiliar parts of the codebase when needed.
- Strong attention to code quality, technical details, and reliable delivery.
- Interest in AI agents and the infrastructure challenges of running them in production.
