Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and scale core business applications and backend services.
- Develop clean, tested Python and Go code to automate business workflows and update internal systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to define technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain architecture documentation.
- Refactor and modernize legacy internal systems to improve scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Use internal LLMs and development tools to automate operational processes and software tasks.
