Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, deployment, and scaling of Python-based Generative AI platforms, applications, services, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
- Define architecture for GenAI use cases in collaboration with data science, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Drive delivery of GenAI products, process improvements, and commercially beneficial solutions across Citi business units.
- Manage multiple complex technology initiatives, including work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, status reporting, staffing, budgets, and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with external vendors and startups on Python-based technologies and joint GenAI initiatives.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts in Python and GenAI technologies.
- Partner with Risk and Control teams on governance, risk management, standardization, and tooling for Python-based GenAI systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software industry experience with an emphasis on enterprise software development.
- 6+ years of experience developing and implementing scalable API-driven applications and systems.
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex Generative AI solutions and services into production.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Understanding of Generative AI systems, AIOps, and application monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience with software development agents, software testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
- Financial industry experience is a significant advantage.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location offers a base salary range of $120,800.00 to $170,800.00 per year.
