Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack AI platform components using Python and Angular, including large language model fine-tuning interfaces and experiment tracking dashboards.
- Design and optimize multi-tenant intelligent agents using ReAct and ReWOO orchestration patterns.
- Build Model Context Protocol servers that enforce decoupled API communication boundaries.
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using Knowledge Graph RAG, LightRAG, and RAPTOR architectures.
- Integrate Neo4j and pgvector to support vector and graph-based enterprise data retrieval.
- Design prompt and intent classification logic for accurate agent instruction handling and workflow coordination.
- Translate subject matter expertise into automated, agent-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with UI and API teams on end-to-end platform integrations.
- Provide technical direction and own delivery of complex software and AI platforms.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of software engineering experience.
- At least 5 years focused on AI and machine learning solutions delivered in production environments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on generative AI experience, including large language model development, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams and owning end-to-end delivery of complex software or AI platforms.
- Deep practical experience with AWS infrastructure and services for AI and machine learning workloads.
- A demonstrated portfolio of AI solutions deployed in live business environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
