Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and design, develop, deploy, and operate critical e-commerce software.
  • Build e-commerce functions on AWS infrastructure and implement software development best practices.
  • Develop code, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and system-health monitoring dashboards.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build solutions for provisioning and operating internet service provider services.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
