Responsibilities
- Participate in team planning and story grooming.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to developers and team members.
- Suggest improvements for quality, coverage, test automation, and processes.
- Oversee test planning, execution, issue identification, and results reporting.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain application and testing code quality.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
- Ensure documentation of automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a dedicated testing role.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to learn quickly and act decisively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of testing practices in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in structured programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Junit or Pytest.
- Familiarity with testing machine learning algorithms and AI applications is a plus.
