Base Salary
$156k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software test frameworks for HIL and component-level testing.
- Create and automate tests for avionics computers and electronic hardware components.
- Collaborate with engineers to define test requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Integrate test infrastructure with CI/CD systems to streamline testing processes.
- Develop tools and processes to improve test efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze test data and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation for test infrastructure and procedures.
Requirements
- B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development focused on test automation.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.
- Proven experience with testing embedded systems or hardware components.
- Experience with software for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testbeds.
- Familiarity with common electronics test equipment.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong sense of accountability and team focus.
