Base Salary
$184k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and support in-house software testing infrastructure.
- Break down complex technical goals into detailed proposals.
- Integrate feedback from client teams for iterative improvements.
- Expand test coverage by developing novel off-nominal test scenarios.
- Work closely with the Simulations team for automated testing.
- Lead by example with reliable estimation and planning.
- Ensure team alignment with company goals and performance metrics.
- Mentor Test and Simulation team engineers.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver reliable software testing infrastructure.
- B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years' experience as a software engineer in a team environment.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Linux systems administration and Docker containers.
- Willingness to operate in novel technical domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
