Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal full-stack web applications.
- Build backend microservices using Java and Python and collaborate on Angular and TypeScript frontend development.
- Experiment with AI, Kubernetes containers, micro-frontends, and new architectural patterns.
- Lead requirements discovery and take solutions from initial design through production.
- Drive project implementation and coordinate the work of other engineers.
- Lead design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and reduce software maintenance challenges.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience designing, implementing, and testing product components.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience driving projects from requirements to release and directing other engineers.
- Experience using AI to generate production-quality code and familiarity with current AI development tools.
- At least 6 years of combined professional experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent.
- TypeScript and C/C++ experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and networking infrastructure is required; Angular and NoSQL knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, lead multiple concurrent projects, and switch context quickly.
