Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Laravel and Vue.js.
- Build responsive interfaces for profile management, chat, meeting scheduling, and related features across desktop and mobile devices.
- Implement real-time messaging systems and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain code documentation.
- Optimize, refactor, and re-implement legacy applications to support product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience with Object-Oriented PHP and strong Laravel knowledge.
- At least 3 years of experience with Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with WebSockets, real-time messaging systems, and event-driven architecture.
- Practical experience using Redis for caching, session management, and pub/sub patterns.
- Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency with MySQL or PostgreSQL and query optimization.
- Experience with Git workflows and collaborative development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with recommendation algorithms, matching systems, social networking features, dating apps, social platforms, or professional networking tools would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with event management or booking systems, Stripe or PayPal integrations, GDPR and data privacy, Docker, and PHPUnit, Jest, or Cypress would be beneficial.
