Responsibilities
- Advise customers and engineering teams on secure, Korea-compliant Snowflake data and AI architectures, including localization and regional access controls.
- Support customer security feature adoption and scope local-market security enhancements with Product Management and Engineering.
- Design and manage security, networking, identity, privacy, governance, and compliance architectures for regulated Korean industries.
- Build demonstrations, configure cloud environments, test Snowflake integrations, and develop security reference architectures and hardening guides.
- Support CSAP certification and K-FSI safety evaluation activities, regulatory communications, audit assessments, evidence collection, and reassessments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Field CTO, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Applications teams.
- Contribute to product marketing initiatives, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of hands-on information security experience, including at least 5+ years focused on cloud security architecture.
- 10+ years of industry, customer-facing, and hands-on implementation experience focused on data, privacy, governance, networking, information security, and security technologies.
- Native or professional business fluency in written and spoken Korean and professional-level English.
- Experience with cloud security architecture on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Korean cloud providers such as Naver Cloud and NHN.
- Experience designing physical and logical network separation architectures and data localization or residency compliance for highly regulated industries in South Korea.
- Advanced knowledge of IAM/RBAC, OAuth, SCIM, TCP/IP, IP routing, DNS, proxies, NAT, firewalls, TLS, and PrivateLink.
- Practical exposure to AI security and agentic identity frameworks covering AI agents, orchestrators, and LLM data pipelines.
- Experience with audit gap assessments, control implementation, evidence collection, and surveillance or reassessment cycles.
- Ability to build demonstrations, configure cloud environments, test Snowflake integrations, and create security reference architectures and hardening guides.
- Knowledge of NIST, CIS, OWASP, and MITRE ATT&CK security frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven CSAP experience and direct experience with the K-FSI CSP Safety Evaluation process and South Korean privacy and cloud legislation are highly desired.
- Experience with SQL, Python, APIs, Kubernetes, Terraform, GRC, information security auditing, SOC or threat hunting, and enterprise SaaS technical pre-sales is beneficial.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP security or networking certifications and credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or K-ISMS-P Lead Auditor/Assessor are advantageous.
