Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana, Kibana, and AppDynamics.
- Define SLOs and SLIs for developer pipeline applications to improve availability and performance.
- Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks and complex production issues.
- Develop automation scripts in Python, JavaScript, or Go to streamline operational tasks.
- Support Generative AI and task-automation projects from initial concept through product delivery.
- Analyze system logs and metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in incident resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the reliability, scalability, and resiliency of supported applications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, with Node.js preferred.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and pipeline management.
- Basic knowledge of observability principles and SLOs/SLIs.
- Experience with Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.
- Basic working knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Working or theoretical knowledge of OpenShift, Tekton, and Harness pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile concepts and processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
