Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and enhance software applications, automation frameworks, and supporting tools.
- Develop scalable automation for integration and regression testing across applications and interconnected systems.
- Contribute to application modernization, migration, and reengineering efforts and evaluate new technologies.
- Build tools for data processing, synthetic test data generation, and self-service provisioning.
- Write maintainable code, preferably in Java, and apply software engineering principles across programming languages.
- Use SQL and data-driven applications for testing, troubleshooting, analysis, and development.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions with engineering, product, data platform, and business teams.
- Support integration, user acceptance, and member testing activities.
- Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple applications, integrations, and teams.
- Coordinate technical requests across globally distributed teams and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
- Java development experience preferred; experience with other modern programming languages may be considered.
- Experience with or strong interest in test automation, integration testing, and automation framework development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with data.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies, applications, and business domains quickly.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively across complex systems, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-directed approach with willingness to own problems through resolution.
- Two or more years of work experience preferred.
- Experience with automation framework modernization, application or platform migrations, synthetic data generation, data tooling, data processing, full-stack development, or highly integrated distributed enterprise applications preferred.
