Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, test, debug, modify, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate problems, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend system improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, performance improvement, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates according to project standards.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Support quality assurance, continuous integration and deployment, reporting, and on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and current best practices.

- Ability to design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to create and execute software validation test cases and investigate defects.
- Ability to analyze software and hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
