Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop cloud-native integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
- Design, implement, and govern secure and scalable Azure integration landing zones.
- Define integration standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineering team members.
- Build workflow orchestrations and business process integrations using Azure Logic Apps.
- Develop Azure Data Factory pipelines for ELT/ETL ingestion and transformation.
- Build serverless business logic using Azure Functions.
- Register, publish, secure, and manage APIs through Canopy or Azure API Management.
- Implement asynchronous messaging with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hub.
- Configure and manage Azure Application Gateway, Integration Accounts, Azure Key Vault, and integration security controls.
- Develop integrations using Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Automate Azure landing zones and integration environments using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Build and maintain deployment templates and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and production cutovers.
- Collaborate with business teams and application owners on modernization initiatives.
- Document solution designs, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and migration artifacts.
- Analyze IBM and MuleSoft integration services and develop Azure migration strategies.
Requirements
- 9+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Data Factory, Integration Accounts, and Azure Application Gateway.
- Experience with C#/.NET, Python, SQL, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
- Experience with Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and mTLS.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and infrastructure automation using Terraform or Azure ARM.
- Experience designing, building, and delivering 15+ real-time integrations using Azure Integration Services.
- Preferred experience with MuleSoft, IBM DataPower, IBM Cast Iron, IBM MQ, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
