Responsibilities
- Design and update automated test cases to cover software requirements.
- Develop clean, efficient, and reusable automation code using Java, Python, or C#.
- Run automation scripts in distributed environments across multiple products, including MOSAIQ, IC, Integrity, and XVI.
- Update and refactor automation scripts as applications change.
- Investigate test reports, identify root causes of failures, and distinguish software bugs from script or environment issues.
- Implement, conduct, and document test solutions for software applications.
- Participate in Scrum activities and collaborate with team members to design and develop test cases.
- Contribute to improvements in engineering practices, tools, infrastructure, quality processes, and deliverables.
- Maintain current knowledge of technical and quality requirements and comply with Quality Management System requirements.
Requirements
- Experience or proficiency developing automation code in Java, Python, or C# is indicated.
- Ability to design, execute, analyze, and document automated software tests.
- Ability to investigate test failures and identify root causes.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices and software quality requirements is indicated.
