Base Salary
$167k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend services for campaign management, budgeting, and multi-channel campaign deployment across delivery platforms.
- Develop the AI-driven Boost engine to select, execute, and automatically recalibrate marketing campaigns within budget.
- Build durable workflows for campaign orchestration, budget enforcement, and auto-pause guardrails.
- Integrate with third-party delivery platforms and manage partial failures, retries, and reconciliation.
- Own services end to end by developing, instrumenting, debugging, and improving reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in a general-purpose backend language such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design using gRPC and/or REST.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or CockroachDB and writing performant queries.
- Strong debugging skills and an instinct for reliability when integrating with unpredictable third parties.
- Experience operating services in production and working collaboratively with a product-minded approach.
- Preferred experience with Temporal, Cadence, Kafka, Trino, Flink, Iceberg, ML systems, predictions, ranking, optimization, Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
