Base Salary
$120k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features and AI solutions using AWS, Azure, Claude, and other models.
- Work directly with business users day to day inside a delivery pod.
- Maintain quality through testing and evaluations of everything that ships.
- Implement designs from the Solution Architect and identify gaps or missing elements.
- Collaborate within a client-focused team while the Engagement Manager owns the schedule.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience building software or AI.
- Proficiency with Python and AWS or Azure.
- Strong software-building skills and comfort working directly with business users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with RAG, agents, agentic coding tools, and evaluation-driven pipelines.
- Preferred front-end skills and exposure to healthcare or higher education.
- Preferred AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 certification.
- Meets the stated FDE-ready floor of Embedding L3 with AI L3 at day one.
