Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to drive revenue growth as the key technical contact for customers.
Utilize Mixpanel knowledge to impart best practices during proof of concept projects.
Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure pre-sales value translates into post-sales success.
Develop relationships with key technical stakeholders within your assigned book of business.
Set partners up for success on projects with mutual customers.
Work with Partnership Managers to align Partner Programs with strategic objectives.
Evaluate existing partners' competencies and customer needs for improvement opportunities.
Present resources for partners to support repeatable services at scale.

3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing professional services or sales engineering role in a SAAS company.
Adept at managing complex projects with various stakeholders.
Understands analytics best practices and can translate strategies into tailored Partner onboarding.
Desire to make others successful with a 'teach someone how to fish' mentality.
Passion for data and analytics, with creativity in problem-solving.
Experience analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
Experience working with customers and ecosystem partners in the APAC region.
