Base Salary
$80k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technical execution of TE migrations, Apigee API projects, and legacy EDI platform scalability and maintenance.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, administrators, and operations analysts to design, review, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize process logic, database structures, data storage methods, and operating-environment interfaces.
- Design, develop, and unit test IBM B2Bi, SFG, and SSP solutions for customer and system upgrade initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies and industry standards and guide software engineers on improved solutions.
- Conduct testing, root-cause analysis, and L2/L3 production support for multi-platform integration issues.
- Create and maintain data mappings, interface specifications, process flows, and other technical documentation.
- Implement asynchronous communication and data processing solutions using message queues or cloud messaging services.
- Train team members on advanced development concepts and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent related work or military experience.
- At least one year of experience as an engineer, integrations engineer, or in a related role.
- Experience with EDI and API platforms including Apigee, Boomi, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and MQ, with solution administration and development experience in medium to large corporate environments.
- Experience with data transformation and representation technologies including model entities, XML, XPath, and XSLT.
- Experience with process communication techniques including AS2, SFTP, and JMS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
- Preferred experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi and MuleSoft.
- Preferred experience with Sterling Integrator Map Editor.
