Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the end-to-end software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and integration of software components.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables against timelines and quality standards.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges while aligning technology with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere is required.
- Strong expertise in scalable software architecture and coding best practices.
- Experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycles in complex environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and enterprise integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to aligning technology with business needs.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
