Responsibilities
- Design, write and maintain Observability code and features.
- Contribute to and lead complex technical projects.
- Investigate large scale distributed production issues.
- Collaborate with team members to develop our codebase, best practices and design principles.
- Work with customers and support engineers to fix issues and become part of our on-call rotation.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience writing backend systems in a compiled language (Java, C#, Go, etc.).
- Familiarity with the design and architecture of modern, scalable web applications.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and their time and space complexity.
