Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain Salesforce test cases, scripts, test data, estimates, and test plans.
- Perform manual and automated functional, GUI, regression, retesting, integration, UAT, production sanity, data migration, and data flow testing.
- Manage the defect lifecycle and maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Perform root cause analysis and create action plans to improve software quality.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through documentation and workshops, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support project delivery planning, sprint planning, team coordination, stand-up meetings, customer calls, and retrospectives.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions and workshops.
- Configure and manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, accounts, contacts, record types, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, reports, and list views.
- Develop management dashboards to track key performance parameters.
- Query, extract, and upload system data.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience, with significant experience in Salesforce environments.
- Basic Salesforce administration knowledge, including user management, security settings, customization, report generation, and list view configuration.
- Ability to query, extract, and upload data in systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, MBA, MCA, or M.Tech qualification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and capabilities such as Process Builder and Apex is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and similar roles is preferred.
