Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards to ensure software quality.
- Evaluate and improve system scalability and performance.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of custom software components.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience establishing and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to improve scalability and performance in complex software environments.
- Experience leading technical teams and collaborative development efforts.
- Strong problem-solving and technical solution development skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
