Base Salary
$143k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products.
- Define BI architecture, data models, semantic models, and analytics best practices for global internal and customer-facing products.
- Implement agentic and generative AI analytics solutions.
- Design and implement complex data pipelines and ETL workflows for large-scale data and analytics workloads.
- Lead architecture designs, proof of concepts, technical evaluations, engineering standards, coding standards, and architectural governance across teams.
- Design cloud-native systems with scalability, security, reliability, networking, managed services, and large-scale data processing capabilities.
- Support analytics development for internal and external customers and mentor development teams on architecture, cloud design, and analytics integration.
- Ensure corporate policies, procedures, and security standards are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3–5+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role designing scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience leading architecture design, proof of concepts, technical evaluations, engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance.
- Experience building user-facing applications with embedded analytics and BI integrations such as QuickSight or Power BI.
- Experience designing complex data pipelines and ETL workflows using technologies such as AWS Glue, Lambda, or Spark.
- Experience with application performance optimization, data modeling, and distributed system design for large-scale data and analytics workloads.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture in AWS and/or Azure, including networking, security, and managed services.
- Preferred experience with Python, Spark, EMR, Lakehouse and Fabric architecture, Apache Arrow, Parquet, NiFi, Airflow, Superset, and LangChain.
- Highly motivated and self-starting.
