Base Salary
$121k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.
- Perform systems analysis, programming, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting across the software development lifecycle.
- Use SQL and stored procedures for database interaction and data management.
- Maintain and enhance the Cross Functional Reference Data Foundation platform for stability and scalability.
- Collaborate with global development teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define solutions and deliver integrated projects.
- Operate and troubleshoot applications in Linux environments while managing evolving priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong hands-on Java application development experience and expertise in Spring, microservices, SQL, stored procedures, and Test-Driven Development.
- Proven experience implementing software projects from inception through completion.
- Proficiency in Linux environments and experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Experience with caching products such as Redis or GemFire.
- Working knowledge of project management techniques and agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with React, modern web technologies, HTML5, CSS, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and MS SQL Server.
- Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and continuous-learning skills.
