Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack Java solutions for switching and core payment products.
  • Decompose business requirements and customer experiences into platform features and functions.
  • Work across databases, messaging, UI, and reporting components.
  • Coordinate with multiple Mastercard groups and teams in different locations.
  • Contribute to automation, continuous integration and delivery, code quality, and other quality initiatives.
  • Follow Mastercard security policies, protect information confidentiality and integrity, report suspected security incidents, and complete mandatory security training.

Requirements

  • Experience developing software in Agile projects.
  • Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
  • Knowledge of full-stack product development across databases, messaging, UI, and reporting.
  • Experience with containers and PaaS environments.
  • Experience with online, real-time, or batch development.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Automation and code-quality experience, along with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry is desirable.
  • Experience with an RDBMS or other database technology is desirable.
