Responsibilities

Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate software programs for business functional areas.
Create and implement source code for new applications and design prototypes according to specifications.
Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing and debug source code.
Evaluate existing applications and perform updates and modifications.
Develop conversion and system implementation plans and prepare programming and system documentation.
Analyze business challenges, determine requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Train users during system conversion and implementation.
Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, and PL/SQL.
Additional programming skills in HTML, JScript, React, and Python.
Knowledge of data structure concepts, software design, and programming principles.
Strong mathematical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop presentations and present to business and management stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine business requirements.
