Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, deploy, and maintain secure, high-quality web-based software solutions.
- Build Java and Java EE applications, APIs, backend services, web services, and microservices.
- Analyze, review, and rewrite programs to improve operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cross-functional teams, clients, customers, and management.
- Perform code performance analysis and support high-volume, low-latency, business-critical systems.
- Work across the software development lifecycle from concept and design through testing and deployment.
- Use cloud infrastructure, databases, caching and queuing systems, identity management, source control, and CI/CD tools.
- Apply generative AI, AI pair-programming, and AI/ML technologies to software development and solution design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of development experience with Java technologies.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, ORM, and JDBC.
- Knowledge of Go, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience developing and deploying REST and SOAP web services, microservices, API gateways, and Docker services.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational, NoSQL, and big data database systems.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, code quality, and code security tools.
- Hands-on experience with Redis, MQ, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or equivalent messaging systems.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services such as Lambda.
- Experience with identity management and SSO systems, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
- Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, and other source control or CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AI/ML development, machine learning frameworks, cloud AI services, MCP, LLMs, NLP, and AI security frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, or React is desirable.
- Experience as a lead developer and hands-on developer, preferably in the telecom or cable industry.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
