Base Salary
$79k - $111k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and define enhancements for application systems using application development procedures, concepts, and script tools.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to recommend programming solutions and install and support applications.
- Apply programming knowledge to design specifications and analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues.
- Conduct application testing and debugging and resolve issues using technical experience and established precedents.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and serve as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and team members.
- Assess risks, follow applicable laws and policies, and manage or escalate control issues appropriately.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an Applications Development role.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
