Base Salary
$79k - $111k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Implement development tasks and stories individually or through pair programming.
- Participate in Scrum activities including stand-ups, sprint planning, and refinement.
- Collaborate with senior developers, QA, product owners, architects, and other team members.
- Address technical requirements and communicate issues or challenges to support project delivery.
- Adopt engineering best practices and contribute to a mission-critical workflow and case management platform.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on software development experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology discipline.
- Proficiency in Java development and experience maintaining enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, event-driven architectures, and Apache Kafka.
- Basic understanding of database design and development on a relational database platform.
- Familiarity with API development, application security concepts, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and mixed, virtual, or diverse environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, learning, judgment, integrity, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred exposure to capital markets or finance and familiarity with React or Angular.
