Responsibilities
- Architect Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and deploy AI solutions using orchestration, pipelines, and observability capabilities.
- Ensure AI workloads satisfy enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Lead and mentor teams while ensuring accountability and delivery quality.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on architecture and solution design decisions.
- Provide scalable solutions for multi-team enterprise AI initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training on Azure AI Foundry, orchestration, and governance.
- Monitor performance, optimize pipelines, and align solution outcomes with business goals.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- At least 7.5 years of hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML technologies.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, observability, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience designing and deploying AI pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
- Deep knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, OpenAI, Synapse, and Logic Apps.
- Ability to optimize large-scale AI workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for enterprise AI adoption.
- 15 years of full-time education.
