Responsibilities
- Build a standardized, robust, and scalable Document Intelligence platform for enterprise AI use cases.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI services, workflows, and platform capabilities.
- Lead innovation and brainstorming for AI-powered document intelligence scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design governed API interfaces.
- Drive product iteration and value optimization with technical and business teams.
- Deploy and scale applications using GCP and Kubernetes.
- Maintain reliability, performance, compliance, low latency, high throughput, and stable operations through monitoring, testing, optimization, and incident response.
- Provide onsite and offsite production support.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in enterprise application or platform development.
- 6+ years of hands-on proficiency in Java and Python for backend and platform engineering.
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience on in-house solutions.
- 2+ years of end-to-end enterprise B2B AI product design experience.
- Strong solution design, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, micro-frontend architecture, and new LLM solutions is advantageous.
- Experience using coding assistants and AI pair-programming tools is advantageous.
