Responsibilities
- Build reusable modules and templates for provisioning environments in AWS and Azure.
- Operate CI/CD pipelines and automate onboarding, environment setup, and delivery workflows.
- Create runbooks, incident response guides, and self-healing automation for critical services.
- Design multi-cloud infrastructure patterns using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps.
- Operate Kubernetes clusters with autoscaling, hardened ingress, registry access, workload isolation, and role-scoped permissions.
- Maintain platform services for logging, metrics, alerts, registries, DNS, and TLS.
- Enforce resource limits, quotas, network policies, least-privilege access, security, and compliance guardrails.
- Participate in post-incident reviews and improve platform reliability and cost efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, drive platform adoption, and mentor engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and Terraform.
- Proven experience with multi-cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong experience designing CI/CD pipelines and using GitOps workflows with Argo CD.
- Background in observability and security/compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with generative AI infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and integration patterns is preferred.
- Knowledge of GxP or other regulated environments and qualification processes is preferred.
- Experience driving platform adoption, mentoring engineering teams, or working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
