Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and define project scope for large, high-complexity commercial real estate enterprise engagements.
- Prioritize and sequence engineering work across delivery pods and align data engineers, software engineers, and data analysts with client priorities.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for senior client leadership and build executive-level relationships.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success during enterprise discovery and scoping.
- Translate financial, operational, and leasing requirements into detailed solutions, technical specifications, and data workflows.
- Design integrations and data models with Product, Data, and Engineering using certified connectors.
- Establish architecture standards and reusable solution patterns across delivery pods.
- Identify opportunities for AI- and LLM-based tools to accelerate solution design, data mapping, delivery, and client outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise delivery, or implementation consulting, including large and high-complexity engagements.
- Strong commercial real estate business acumen, including asset management, financial, and leasing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with commercial real estate systems such as Yardi, MRI, VTS, or similar.
- Strong data engineering fundamentals, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and API-based integrations.
- Experience scoping and prioritizing work across cross-functional, distributed delivery teams.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-complexity delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI- or LLM-based tools to accelerate solution design, prototyping, or delivery work.
