Base Salary
$159k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain threat models for software projects.
- Perform manual and automated security code reviews primarily in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Develop AI security automation tools and frameworks that reduce security risks.
- Provide AI security architecture and design guidance to development teams.
- Conduct security research, analyze bug reports, perform risk assessments, and independently solve novel AI security problems.
- Deliver AI security training and outreach while influencing partner processes, priorities, and technical decisions.
- Maintain security documentation and collaborate closely with software development and product teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of combined experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration, or network security.
- Programming experience in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .NET, C++, or a similar object-oriented language.
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or at least 3 years of IT security experience.
- Knowledge of GenAI systems and related security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques, including penetration testing and exploit development or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with AWS products and services and with Python, Java, or C++.
