Responsibilities
- Build MVP systems, automations, agents, scripts, and internal tools for GTM growth experiments.
- Ship working prototypes quickly and validate them with real users or data.
- Translate growth hypotheses into technical workflows with clear metrics.
- Create workflows for account research, enrichment, and product-led growth.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for various GTM processes.
- Instrument experiments for quick measurement of success metrics.
- Decide when to scale, iterate, or discontinue experiments.
- Document systems for operational clarity and future improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in building technical GTM, RevOps, or automation systems.
- Ability to prototype quickly using APIs, SQL, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and workflows.
- Comfort with unfamiliar tools and connecting systems.
- Technical judgment to choose appropriate build levels.
- Ability to define success metrics and evaluate results post-launch.
- Strong debugging instincts and comfort with messy data.
- Clear communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Bias toward shipping, measuring, and learning quickly.
