Responsibilities
- Partner with business legal leaders, business users, and technology teams to identify legal-process automation opportunities using generative AI.
- Architect, develop, and deploy Gen AI models and intelligent agents for legal workflow automation, including contract analysis, risk assessment, legal research, and document generation.
- Implement secure, scalable, and auditable AI automation solutions and monitor their performance, usage, and compliance.
- Create dashboards and AI-driven reporting tools for data-informed decision-making.
- Integrate Gen AI solutions with ERP systems, management tools, contract lifecycle management systems, data lakes, and third-party applications.
- Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning to support insights and automation.
- Provide technical leadership to other engineers and stay current with emerging Gen AI technologies.
Requirements
- Proven technical depth in AI engineering and intelligent agent development.
- Strong foundation in data science, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- Ability to collaborate with legal stakeholders, business users, data scientists, and IT teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide technical leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms and third-party applications through RESTful APIs or other integration methods.
