Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
- Prototype solutions rapidly to validate new concepts.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions.
- Improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Incrementally deliver applications to meet changing customer requirements.
- Develop the core framework for data integration and market and counterparty risk metric calculations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and knowledge of its ecosystem and architectural patterns.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.
- Experience with SQL and an industry-standard relational database.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Understanding of scalable application design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe practices is preferred.
- Fluent English.
