Responsibilities

  • Design and build deployable proofs of concept or prototypes for digital workplace platforms and services.
  • Engineer workplace experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI platforms with attention to performance, reliability, and usability.
  • Automate workplace platform tasks and apply SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
  • Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards for device health and employee experience.
  • Automate support workflows using AI agents and virtual assistants.
  • Document technology findings and present systems to management and users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in incident response, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate internship status.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Exposure to DevOps and SRE practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Submit a resume/CV, education certificates, and current-undergraduate student status documentation in a single PDF.
