Responsibilities
- Participate in project architecture and technical decision-making.
- Technically mentor junior developers through code reviews and promotion of best practices.
- Contribute to back-end and/or front-end development according to project needs.
- Implement automated tests, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Conduct technology watch and propose continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical consistency.
Requirements
- Be a student pursuing at least Bac +3 in web development, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Plan to enroll in a Tech Lead master's program at the start of the academic year.
- Have strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java, with associated frameworks.
- Understand web architectures, including REST, APIs, and microservices.
- Have an interest in technical leadership and team management.
- Demonstrate analytical ability, rigor, autonomy, and teaching skills.
