Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable solutions for business and customer needs.
- Build and operate resilient services and infrastructure on an event-based microservice platform.
- Use coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Create metrics, dashboards, and alerts for service performance, errors, and availability.
- Meet service-level objectives and respond to production issues during an on-call rotation.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and resolve customer pain points through appropriate engineering practices.
Requirements
- Have 0–2 years of expertise in Java, Go, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Be fluent in using coding agents.
- Have experience debugging in production.
- Be able to design, build, and operate highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant services.
- Have experience contributing to architectural decisions.
- Have a working understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
- Preferred qualifications include interest in underlying cloud infrastructure, general understanding of hospital operations, and development experience with Spring.
