Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise system solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, connectors, custom components, interfaces, and integrations.
- Support system architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, environment management, releases, deployments, and production operations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable system solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, defects, and production problems while analyzing system behavior and optimizing performance.
- Develop and maintain system design, integration, and architecture documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, administrators, technical teams, stakeholders, and end users.
- Ensure configurations and integrations comply with organizational architecture, security, and technical standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience for the junior level; 6+ years for mid-level and 8+ years for senior-level roles.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise systems with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience configuring connectors and integrating APIs, databases, external systems, or enterprise systems.
- Experience with system architecture, system-level design, data modeling, technical configurations, custom components, interfaces, and integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting system behavior and issues, optimizing performance and reliability, and supporting production environments.
- Experience with model-driven and canvas Power Apps, advanced Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, environment management, application lifecycle management, and enterprise releases is desired.
- Experience working under formal architecture, security, or compliance requirements is desired.
- Ability to document system designs and integration patterns and collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
