Responsibilities
- Build back-end services and infrastructure for client products.
- Design scalable architectures for high-performance web and mobile delivery.
- Design and engineer secure RESTful APIs.
- Develop simple and elegant solutions to challenging problems.
- Promote coding and architecture best practices.
- Take ownership of assigned work and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with and mentor other engineering team members.
- Estimate and track tasks using Agile methodologies.
- Learn and apply new technologies while advocating for an engineering-focused culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience developing web applications and modern web technologies.
- 4+ years of experience with Node and TypeScript.
- Track record designing scalable architectures for high-performance web and mobile delivery.
- Ability to engineer simple and elegant solutions to challenging problems.
- Ability to design and engineer secure RESTful APIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to convey technical solutions.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying cutting-edge technologies.
