Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, maintain, and enhance complex ServiceNow solutions and applications.
  • Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and service request processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and document processes that can be automated using ServiceNow.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, ticketing, and other IT systems in collaboration with IT Operations engineers.
  • Troubleshoot issues, monitor ServiceNow performance, and support production deployments.
  • Develop and test solutions while participating in Agile planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Create ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, reports, analytics, and integrations.
  • Share knowledge through code reviews, pair programming, and training, and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to make mature, data- and process-informed decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
