Software Developer II - ServiceNow
Bristol Myers SquibbResponsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, and enhance complex ServiceNow solutions and applications.
- Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and service request processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and document processes that can be automated using ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, ticketing, and other IT systems in collaboration with IT Operations engineers.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor ServiceNow performance, and support production deployments.
- Develop and test solutions while participating in Agile planning and daily stand-ups.
- Create ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, reports, analytics, and integrations.
- Share knowledge through code reviews, pair programming, and training, and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to make mature, data- and process-informed decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
