Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality technology solutions within the Accounting domain.
- Lead analysis, design, code reviews, coding, testing, and release activities.
- Champion engineering best practices and guide and mentor the engineering team.
- Acquire functional knowledge of business capabilities being digitized or re-engineered.
- Drive AI adoption for the software development lifecycle and business problem solving.
- Build Agentic AI workflows using Spec Driven development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Architects.
- Support automation, reliability, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of IT industry experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and full-stack development.
- Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern front-end frameworks such as ReactJS.
- Strong database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL, including data modeling and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, as well as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift containerization.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and scalable architecture patterns.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with automation testing and performance testing, with an emphasis on engineering quality.
- Hands-on or working knowledge of LLM-based applications and Agentic AI workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on leadership approach.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Architects.
