Responsibilities
- Develop models for insurance-specific tasks beyond the capabilities of leading models.
- Experiment with fine-tuning open-source LLMs for challenging computer use, voice, and unstructured data extraction use cases.
- Deploy fine-tuned models to production.
- Work with multimodal models and convert complex ML challenges into tractable solutions with clear roadmaps and timelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production-grade AI/ML engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience taking AI/ML projects from concept through production.
- Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs and deploying them to production.
- Experience working with multimodal models.
- Insurance industry experience is preferred.
- Computer use model experience is preferred.
