Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend systems for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
- Manage hosted and self-hosted deployment architectures using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Improve production reliability, performance, security, and quality standards.
- Partner with product teams to deliver features.
- Apply AI-native development practices to support rapid, high-quality releases.
Requirements
- One to six years of professional backend development experience.
- Production experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
- Experience managing deployments with Terraform or Pulumi.
- Experience improving production systems in reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.
- Practical experience with AI, machine learning, large language models, or AI-native systems.
