Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Apply software reliability engineering standards and contribute to technology transformation initiatives.
- Review and prioritize work, size incremental deliverables, and communicate blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience; the posting states that 10+ years is a realistic base for success.
- Strong C# and .NET Core development experience, with .NET Core 5 or above.
- Technical leadership experience and a record of designing and developing products from scratch.
- Azure expertise, including AKS and Azure SQL, sufficient to make design recommendations and select native services.
- Experience creating and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with modern design patterns, SOLID principles, algorithms, data structures, and architectural best practices.
- SPA development experience using React or Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper and strong MS SQL performance tuning and optimization skills.
- Experience developing microservices, containerizing applications for Kubernetes, and building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory, GitLab, Docker, Helm Chart, and Rancher.
- Experience securing SPAs using ForgeRock or a similar identity provider and understanding OIDC authorization and authentication flows.
- Experience writing xUnit, SpecFlow, and Postman tests, plus UI testing experience with frameworks such as Jasmine or WebdriverIO.
- Experience with event-driven architecture using Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Strong financial-industry understanding, particularly in CLO, capital markets, or alternative investments.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, customers, and adjacent teams.
